We shop your home to 30+ buyer's agents to validate the price point and go to market strategy.
We take your property to market on realestate.com.au and Domain and handle everything: professional photography, a signboard and open homes.
That is $2,500 to list plus $8,500 on settlement. All-inclusive: no commission, no marketing extras, and you only pay the $8,500 if your home sells.
Why our pricing is low
This, combined with in-house automations on admin work, allows us to sell your property for a flat fee that's about half what a traditional agent charges (normally $26k on a typical $1m sale).
On a percentage, your agent keeps about $200 of every extra $10k they win you.
9 in 10 buyers come through realestate.com.au. Local letterbox drops aren't worth the cost.
Auctions are a gamble. Pass in and you usually sell for less, after paying for the bigger campaign.
Buyers are on the portals.
Quality photos are all that's needed to get buyers to open homes. Videos are an unnecessary cost.
Our research shows buyers will view every listing in their target suburb, and mostly on map view. Paying to rank higher in listings doesn't make sense.
A simple sign does the job. The fancy one just advertises the agency.
